Both parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by the general conditions described herein.
These terms aim to define the general sales conditions between At Street.Coffee® - SPECIALTY COFFEE FOR ALL. and the User, from the moment of order to the various services provided, including payment methods and delivery terms.
They govern all steps necessary to complete the order and ensure proper follow-up of the transaction between the contracting parties.

If a VAT number is required on the invoice, please indicate this when completing your order.
Order processing begins only after payment confirmation. If shipping details are incorrect or changes are needed, please request modification or cancellation via email at geral@dolulingerie.com.
By placing an order at geral@dolulingerie.com, the User:

– Confirms being at least eighteen (18) years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction;
– Declares legal capacity to contract and use payment methods;

In case of typographical/computer errors regarding product descriptions or prices, the client may cancel the purchase under applicable law. At Street.Coffee® - SPECIALTY COFFEE FOR ALL. reserves the right to propose order adjustments if an error affects the company. Product colors may differ slightly due to device display settings, though At Street.Coffee® - SPECIALTY COFFEE FOR ALL. strives to use the most accurate images possible.
Stock is frequently updated. If a product is unavailable due to a system error, efforts will be made to find a solution, and an email will notify the client. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the full payment will be refunded via the original payment method.
Orders may be delivered via:
• In-store pickup
Pickup is available at our store (Avenida Capitão João Almeida Meleças nº70, Alverca). Customers can view, try, and exchange items in-store. Pickup has no shipping or handling fees.
• Delivery to your address
Orders are shipped through qualified carriers to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping costs:
– Mainland Portugal and Islands – €4.80
Free shipping for orders over €99 (valid only for Portugal).
For EU orders, only shipping costs apply. Orders outside the EU may incur customs fees, borne by the customer.
Orders are shipped within 48h after payment confirmation, usually within 24h unless high volumes occur.
If delivery fails (e.g., recipient unavailable), our partner carrier will leave a notice to arrange a new attempt.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt, with the original packaging and attached invoice.
Items for exchange must remain intact in the original box.

For returns via registered mail, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for intimate lingerie (underwear).
Exchanges and returns are validated only after receipt and inspection confirming perfect condition.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer's NIB within 15 days of receipt and validation.
